If you would like to speak to one of our volunteers please leave a message on our helpline clearly stating your name and contact details. Our helpline relies entirely on volunteers. We aim to reply to every enquiry as soon as possible, but please know it may take a few days to call you back or reply to your email.
If you work for an organization that would like to refer a client and you have the client's consent to pass on their details, you can make a referral by ringing the above number or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please give us their name, address, phone number, and brief details about their bereavement. We will then send them our information pack and in that they will be asked to ring Cruse Cumbria to confirm they would like to move forward with our support.
